Richard.
You don’t know me but you are an inspiration to me and I simply appreciate the air you breath. Thank you so much for your generosity and your humbleness and your talent and just everything you are. I hope your day has been lovely and I wish you many, many more.
50 is not so bad. Trust me.
happy birthday! Mr. Armitage. Zee, just checking to see how you and the family are doing?
We’re… doing.
We moved Dad out of the facility this past weekend – well, my siblings and my nephews did. Dad is currently with his sister in Texas until mid-October. We’re moving him into a 1 bedroom apartment at that time, that’s just a few doors down from my brother. His sons live the next apartment complex over. He’ll be well watched over and my brother likes to grill and cook, and the rest of us will be sending food stuffs – like Hello Fresh, Fresh It. He won’t be eating Eggos and pre-cooked sausage and Tortino’s pizza day in and day out.
Our school system – after being IN for 2 weeks, is now on ‘pause’ until after Labor Day – meaning the kids are at home, but we teachers are at work. After being largely missed by the last wave of the pandemic, we’ve now been hit hard. They’ll reassess come the end of August, and I’m betting we wont be back until God knows when.
Working kept me busy but now that I have down time, it’s hurting bad. My son is hurting bad. He and his grandmother were very very close. He’s not handling it well. School and Work are keeping him occupied, but when he’s NOT doing school or work, he’s… well, he’s having it rough. This next year will be difficult. Thank you for asking about us.
