And I really don’t want to talk about it.
I will say this…
For a group who are supposed to be our ‘moral compass’, Hollywood was disgustingly silent and turned a blind eye to Harvey for decades. They have no right to be anyone’s moral compass!

Hey Zee, I don’t believe I ever thought Hollywood was a moral compass. Sadly, predators will prey wherever there is opportunity, no matter the group, organization or family. Then again, I have always subscribed to the motto; Power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely. 🌻 sorry to be such a downer 🎃
I agree with you 100%, Pisses me off that these elitists try to tell the rest of us how to live. As if they ‘know’. No they don’t. The fact they covered for this bastard for decades makes me angrier. Had he been a member of the GOP, they would have outed him and slaughtered him and everything he’s ever touched, a long time ago!
It is hard to say or do anything if it costs you something. Which is why so many get away with abusing their position of power. They hold the purse strings, be it a role in a film, hours on a job, a promotion or a weekly paycheck.
It is good that people are talking about it, because the only way to make anything better is by shining a light on it, discussing it, educating people why it is not okay to force yourself on someone else. I have not had to fire many people in my life, but I remember back in the early 90s having to fire a 16year old girl for scratching a 14year old customer. She was bullying him, even tho he was a foot taller and had a good 50lbs on her. I was shocked, but explained to her the meaning of respecting everyone else’s personal space. That the only way she might remember never to invade that or try to force her opinion on another person was for her to lose her job. She pretty much scream-cried the whole way out of the store saying; I had fired her for the incident. It had to be done and I would do it again. After that, I found that she had scratched an older employee easily 18″ or more taller than she was. I guess her approach to getting people to agree with her was to attack them. Have never understood why employees withhold information that hurts them like that.
It just seems like even people who DIDN”T work with him, knew about him. It wasn’t even a well-kept secret. Ah well.
As for your employee, sounds like she had more wrong with her. Holy cow, I’d slap a bitch if they did something like that to me.
