Okay, so first I have the little one who asks me about the poster in my corner/office…
To which I respond (rather cheekily) Why, that’s my future husband!
Child says – Oh. Is he real???
Second comes a not so little one. I’m using my computer overhead to work on some music and as it’s on my computer, what they see first is my wall paper.
Child leans over to another child – Who is that? 2nd child whispers back – that’s Ms. Z’s imaginary boyfriend. Just … you know. Play along.
Today, I’m working with little one’s again. Same wallpaper is up for less than 10 seconds when a little one turns in his chair and says – OH! Is that your son???
crickets…
Oh *hehehehehehe*. Sorry I really had to laugh at the last quip there. Mean. But hey, I feel your pain. I was once asked by a border patrol officer whether the children I was travelling with (my kids, 11 and 9 at the time) were my GRANDCHILDREN!!!! A**hole! So you are much better off with “son” 😀
BTW, nice variety of looks and roles there on your devices… what’s on your phone? Pity the kindle doesn’t have a custom wallpaper 😉
GRNADHCHILDREN???? Oh I would have LAID someone out!!!!
The wallpaper on my phone is a Leslie Howzer close up.
Leslie Hassler? Yep, those pics have really grown on me over time. I was not quite such a fan at first, and maybe it is just the longer hair, but I think she caught some great shots of him.
I can’t spell or think for crap after a long day! LOL! I LOVE the longish hair but I’m an old hippy anyhoo!!!!
LOL… i would have had a fit of the giggles at those comments.. especially the imaginary friend one :-)))
But son???? come ooooon, he looks more like dad than son :-p cheeky buggers!
Can’t wait to see how long it will take them to find him on internet and give you some mug or something with his mug on it ;-)))
Like that photo btw, loove the long hair…. sigh…
