Not so pretty but oh so dang proud!!!

When I moved off the circular needles, I immediately dropped 4 stitches in the new go round. Thank God for Angie and her little ‘secret weapon’ for popping those babies back on the right needle!

This is great! Did you think you’d be able to do this after your first potholder? Way to go, YOU!
I had hoped for more definition in the designs in my 3 washclothes. I’m going to choose a pattern and knit it with THIS thread as the design on the brim is very noticeable.
I have 2 more hats and a pair of wristers to make and then I’m starting on that jacket!!!
Well done, Zee. You are really into it now. And I am impressed with your perseverence. You kept at it.
I started crocheting a blanket in the summer at home (I am sure there is some psychological insight in that, making a blanket when grieving for my dad…), and it’s sitting unfinished in my basket. Damn.
There is just SO much I want to do and I need to get the basics down. I have the most Painful looking hold in the world – along with a white knuckled death grip. Trying to deal with 3 loaded needles plus the one I’m working with is giving me fits. I was going to take it into my knitting store to finish it today, but it looks like it will be tomorrow. I have a few things to do/finish that I’m hoping will be done come Christmas (for gifts!) and then I’m going to start on that shawl/jacket I’ve fallen in love with. It is simply a hugeass rectangle stockingnet stitch with sleeves.
And once I get the knitting down, I’m going to learn to crochet.
That blanket is therapy…
